Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings made through TaxiPorts are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate, including pick-up location, drop-off location, date, time and passenger count.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on TaxiPorts are fixed-price quotes inclusive of fuel, tolls and the driver's fee. No hidden charges will be added after confirmation. Payment is collected at the time of booking via secure online payment. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • More than 24 hours before pick-up: Full refund.
  • 12–24 hours before pick-up: 50% refund.
  • Less than 12 hours before pick-up: No refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Flight Delays & Changes

For airport pick-ups, TaxiPorts monitors flight arrival times. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait at no extra charge for up to 60 minutes after the actual landing time. For delays beyond 60 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our drivers. Smoking, consumption of alcohol and any behavior that endangers the safety of the driver or other passengers is strictly prohibited. TaxiPorts reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a journey in such cases without refund.

6. Liability

TaxiPorts acts as an intermediary between passengers and licensed transfer operators. While we take every measure to ensure reliable service, TaxiPorts cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, force majeure events, or inaccurate information provided by the passenger.

Any loss or damage to personal belongings during a transfer is the responsibility of the passenger. We strongly recommend travel insurance for valuable items.

7. Privacy

Personal data collected during booking (name, email, phone, pick-up address) is used solely to fulfil your transfer and to communicate booking-related information. TaxiPorts does not sell personal data to third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

9. Changes to These Terms

TaxiPorts reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version is always published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
