How do I book a transfer?
Enter your pick-up location, destination, date and time in the booking form on our homepage. Select a vehicle, complete the payment and you will receive a confirmation email instantly.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up receive a full refund. Between 12–24 hours you receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 12 hours before pick-up are non-refundable. To modify or cancel, email info@taxiports.com with your booking reference.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For airport arrivals, we monitor flight status in real time. Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after actual landing at no extra cost. For longer delays, contact our 24/7 support team.
Is the price fixed or can it change?
All prices are fixed and include fuel, tolls and driver fees. No hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. The exact meeting point is included in your confirmation email.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Child seats and booster seats can be requested in the Special Requests field when booking. Please specify the child's age so we can provide the correct seat type.
How many passengers and bags can I bring?
Vehicle capacity varies by car type. All vehicles accommodate standard luggage. For oversized or extra luggage, please mention this when booking so we can assign the right vehicle.
Is it possible to book a return journey?
Yes. Select 'Add Return Transfer' in the booking form to book both legs in one step at a discounted combined price.
Do you operate 24/7?
Yes, TaxiPorts operates around the clock, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.
