Договор дистанционной продажи

Article 1 — Parties

Article 2 — Subject

This contract governs the private transfer service booked through taxiports.com: a door-to-door private vehicle transfer at the date, time, route and vehicle type selected by the buyer.

Article 3 — Price & Payment

The service price shown at booking includes fuel, tolls and the driver's fee. Payment is made via online credit/debit card (iyzico) or in cash/card to the driver. The price confirmed at booking time is binding. VAT: [INCLUDED/EXCLUDED].

Article 4 — Service Delivery

The service begins at the pick-up address on the reserved date and time. For airport arrivals, the driver waits [WAITING TIME] minutes free of charge after the actual landing time.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation

Transfers scheduled for a specific date may be subject to the withdrawal right exception under the Distance Sales Regulation (services for a specific date/period). The seller voluntarily applies the following conditions:

• More than [CANCELLATION PERIOD] hours before transfer: full refund.
• [LOWER LIMIT]–[CANCELLATION PERIOD] hours before: [REFUND RATE] refund.
• Less than [LOWER LIMIT] hours before: no refund.
• No-show: no refund.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing to melisatour@hotmail.com.

Article 6 — Consent & Formation

This contract is formed electronically when the buyer checks the "I have read and accept the Pre-Information Form and Distance Selling Contract" checkbox during checkout. The consent date and version are recorded with the reservation.

Article 7 — Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK. See our Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice.

Article 8 — Governing Law & Disputes

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Buyers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts for disputes.
